The Gombe Foundation Body: The Custodians of Legacy

The school subscribes to Uganda Muslim Education Association (UMEA). The Foundation body nominates 5 (five) members to the Board of Governors; one of whom is the Chairperson, the current chairman of the Foundation body is Hajji Tamale Muhammand Buzindadde.
The school opened in 1955 as a junior secondary school and Mr Nkata Abraham was the first head teacher.
