The List of Requirements For All Prospective Students
A fully filed admission form signed by the parent / guardian and student with the following photograph glued on.
1 One recent passport size of the student
2. One recent passport size photo of father,mother or guardian each glued on form
3. Copy of the birth certificate
3. A recent school report and/or a leaving certificate
4. Where external exams have been taken, the results certificate(s)
